Monkey Food

What eats monkeys?
What do monkeys eat?
Most species of monkeys have a lot of predators, or natural enemies, to worry about. Most of the big jungle cats—leopards, jaguars and cougars—will catch and eat monkeys whenever they get a chance.
In addition, almost every jungle or rain forest where monkeys live is also home to a species of eagle that likes to eat monkeys.
Big snakes such as pythons and boa constrictors kill and eat monkeys, and so do crocodiles and caimans.
Even chimps—which are an ape and not a monkey—sometimes catch, kill and eat small monkeys.
And, what do monkeys eat? Monkeys eat a variety of foods, including fruits, leaves, insects and eggs.
